AQUA FITNESS - This is a total body workout that includes exercises using full range of motion.  Segments

strengthening, cardio-aerobics and stretching.  Workouts range from intermediate to high intensity.

Classes held in shallow and deep water.

(Non-member fee: $80.00 for one class per week for 10 week session)

AI-CHI FLOWING ENERGY - Ai-Chi is a water exercise and relaxation program that combines deep breathing

and slow, large movements, performed in continuous, flowing patterns.  Focus is on breathing, balance, flexiblity, joint mobility and relaxation.

(Non-member fee: $$47.50 for one class per week for 10 week session).

ADVANCED AI-CHI - If you enjoyed the introductory experience of Ai-Chi.

(Non-member fee:Mon, $42.75; Wed and Fri, $47.50 for one class per week for 10 week session).

ACTIVE OLDER ADULT - Seniors can benefit greatly from water exercise. Working out in water can

improve strength and muscle conditioning, flexibility and range of motion. Class takes place in shallow water.

Workouts are low to intermediate intensity.

(Non-member fee: Mon, $72.00; Wed and Fri, $80.00 for one class per week for 10 week session).

DEEP WATER WORKOUT - Exercising in deep water eliminates impact and stress on joints and tone muscles. 

This class combines cardio-aerobic exercise with resistance training and strengthening and flexibility segments.

Bouyancy belts keep you afloat so you can concentrate on your body position.  Workouts are high intensity.

Participants should be comfortable in the deep water.

(Non-member fee: Mon, $72.00; Wed and Fri, $80.00 for one class per week for 10 week session).

JUST RUNNING - This class is for the triathlete or seious runner looking to improve their endurance,

power and agility. Also for the runner recovering from innuries or the serious individual trying to lose weight. 

Class includes deep water intervals as well as shallow water pliometrics.  It is recommended that each

participant purchase a specail water shoe creatd and designed for runners to give the mose resistance.

(Non-member fee: $80.00 for one class per week for 10 week session).

PRE-NATAL AQUA FITNESS - Enjoy the weightlessness ou can only feel in the water while getting a terrific

workout for two.  Water exercises can help increase stamina, improve circulation, enhance muscular

balance, reduce swelling, strengthen abdominal muscles and ease postpartum recovery.

(Non-member fee: $80.00 for one class per week for 10 week session).

ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION WATER EXERCISE PROGRAM

Basic Program / Shallow Water- Have fun in the pool while increasing and maintaining joint flexibility,

strengthening and toning muscles, and increasing your endurance. Class held in shallow water.

 Non-Member fees: Mon, $42.75; Tues, Wed Thur and Fri, $47.50 for one class per week for 10 week session.

Deep Water Arthritis Program - Works on increasing and maintaining joint flexibility,

strengthening and toning muscles and incresing your endurance while adding an aerobic

component.  Main workout is in deep water using flotation belts.

Non-Member fee: $47.50 for one class per week for 10 week session.
