Joy Aerobics - 60 minutes
A beginner and intermediate level class
Low impact exercise combining dance routines with toning and conditioning.
Forever Fit - 60 minutes
Combination aerobics and light weights
Stretch - 60 minutes
Increase your flexibility in this stretching class
Workout - 60 minutes
An easy-to-follow low impact aerobics class. Use hand-held weights, SPRI tubing and floor exercises to increase strength and flexibility.
Yoga - Class time varies - Beginner classes available
Classes offered: Monday - Sunday, mornings and evening, Third Floor
Learn basic postures, balance, and proper breathing and relaxation techniques.

Current schedule and class descriptions
Ai Chi and Advanced Ai Chi - A water exercise and relaxation program that combines deep breathing and slow large movements, performed in a continuous flowing pattern.
Active Older Adult Water Exercise - Held in the shallow end of the pool, this class consists of low-impact aerobics, exercise, strength training and stretching.
ARTHRITIS AQUATIC CLASSES
Current schedule
The Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program is a recreational program that includes exercises to increase flexibility and range of motion. Written consent from a doctor is required. To register and receive your consent form, contact Mary Loeser, Aquatic Fitness Director for details at (908) 273-3330, ext. 163.
Basic Program
This program is geared toward individuals with arthritis who need a program to ease back into exercising.
Deep Water Arthritis
Warm up and cool down in the shallow end of the pool. The main workout takes place in the deep end. Participants wear floatation belts.
Adult Swim Lessons (Beginner to Advanced)

A class is for beginners as well as swimmer who would like to improve their stroke.
Front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke and sidestroke are taught.
