Monday-Friday, 5:00 a.m.-10:15 p.m.
Saturday, 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Sunday, 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

This service is FREE to Family Members.
Other type memberships $3 per child/hour.
Adults must be using the facility while child is in our care!

About the Fitness Centers

Free Equipment Orientations!

Before you get started on your own, learn how to properly use the equipment and create a personal workout routine. Make your first appointment at the front desk.

  • Upon joining the Summit YMCA, members are entitled to three (3) 45-minute Fitness Center demonstrations with an instructor plus a follow up session!

MAIN FITNESS CENTER

  • Treadmills
  • Elliptical, ARC Elliptical Trainers and Cross Trainers
  • Upright Bikes
  • Stairmasters
  • Complete STRIVE weight training circuit
  • 2 Complete Circuits of CYBEX Resistance weight equipment
  • Broadcast Vision Media Equipment with television and music stations

MEZZANINE LEVEL

  • A variety of recumbent and upright bikes, and rowers
  • Expresso bikes, state of the art way to exercise on a stationery bike.

FREE WEIGHT CENTER

  • Olympic Free Weight Room with Dumbbells from 2 lbs. to 100 lbs and 5,000 lbs. of Free Weights
  • A variety of free weight equipment and benches
  • Cable crossover and Smith Press
  • Ab pullup

STRIVE CENTER: A 30-minute Strength Training

  • Strive Smart Strength Training Circuit. 12 machines with an adjustable cam to change settings. Do 3 sets between 0 and 30 seconds and see great results. 
  • Extended circuit completes the workout at an additional 20 minutes.
  • Look for more equipment in September
  • Look for Strive To Lose, a wellness program that includes Strive, Weigth Management and Nutrition guidelines
