AB BLAST –  an intense abdominal workout guaranteed to challenge even the fittest. AL

AIKIDO a Japanese martial art., focuses not on punching or kicking opponents, but rather on using their own energy to gain control of them. Aikido’s circular, flowing techniques are fun, effective and can be learned by anyone regardless of size, age or gender (additional fees required).

AWESOME ABS – A concentrated workout specifically designed to strengthen and tone the abdominal and lower back muscles AL

BODY SCULPT – Increase muscle strength and endurance using hand weights, tubing and body bars AL

BOOT CAMP – a heart pumping music thumping cardio and strength interval workout.  Simple, intense and drill-based.  IA

CORE & MORE - The Body’s Core muscles are the foundation of all movement. In this class, we will work to improve balance, strength and agility using free weights, bands and stability balls. We will incorporate principles from both yoga and pilates.  Class is open to new comers and experienced body sculptors.B/I

CORE STRENGTH – A 45 minute workout designed to both stretch and strengthen muscles, developing a more streamlined body, using stability ball, weights and resistance ands AL;

CARDIO,CUTS&CORE -  This exciting class challenges all fitness levels for 70 minutes using cardio step, weights and intense abs & butts AL

CARDIO KICKBOX – A heart pounding, muscle pumping, sweat pouring, fat burning, muscle burning, stress relieving, punching and kicking experience. IA

F’AB RIDE – A 45 minute spin followed by 15 minutes of intense core work for fabulous abs.  AL

FOREVER FIT – Medium impact cardio workout that includes toning using light to medium weights, resistance bands and conditioning exercise in an easy to follow format B

*JOYFUL FITNESS – Low and medium impact cardio class that combines dance routines with toning conditioning & stretching exercises. Also uses easy to follow format B weights & resistance bands BI

POWERCUT – uses light to medium weights that target the body’s major muscle groups.  An excellent total body workout. AL

POWER STEP - Take a step toward total fitness with this great workout using a adjustable step bench. This cardiovascular workout focuses on lower body conditioning with upper body movements, strength conditioning and stretching complete the class AL

RACE DAY SPIN- An Energy Zone ride, where anything goes. This ride requires a substantial SPINNING fitness base.  Instructors may choose to simulate a long climb, time trials on a flat road or engage in a series of sprints over a short steep hill. A place where you challenge your body/mind to work at elevated heart rates, where one realizes their potential

Heart Rate monitors highly recommended.  Water and towel a must IA

SPIN - An indoor cycling class where you improve on your cardio-vascular endurance.  Spinning caters to all fitness levels. No riding skills needed,  Using a wide variety of music, a ride is created that will keep you motivated and sweating while developing training skills such as breathing, rhythm, form, focus and recovery.  This FUN, low impact class will have you burning 500+ calories.

First time students should arrive 10 minutes early to setup. Water and towel a must  AL

SPORTS AGILITY – Get pushed to the limit with this intense athletic based class.  Uses hi an low impact cardio drills, weights and tubing.  Works muscle strength and muscle endurance.  IA

START UP SPIN - a once a month class for the first time or beginner spinner.  Learn the fundamentals of indoor cycling. B

*STRETCH AND STABLITY – increase flexibility and maintain joint range of motion.  AL

SUPER SUNDAY - a cardiovascular class utilizing a variety of formats.  Each instructor brings their own speciality to the class..  Suitable for all fitness levels, improves cardiovascular health, coordination and balance and reduces body fat using an enjoyable format.   AL     

TAI CHI - Increase strength, improve balance, and lower stress through relaxed and free flowing movements. Bring mindfulness to physical exercise. Suitable for beginner and intermediate level.

3,2,1,STEP – a special four week class for the beginner exerciser. Every segment of the choreography will have three levels for you to choose from so you can pick the option that will work for you.  Use a little or use it all.  Build it up or break it down, it’s that simple. B  Begins February 7th

                  

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT – This high intensity workout combines resistance and cardio training.   Develops muscular strength and endurance and improve your cardiovascular system by using a combination of

props.    IA

ZUMBA – combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. It is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do, allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a feel-happy workout that is great for both the body and spirit.
