Financial Assistance
The YMCA has an open door policy: No one is turned away
because of an inability to pay. Families may apply for Y Cares Financial
Assistance for camp programs. The application process is confidential.

Teeny Tiny Trekkers
Ages 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 (Children must be potty trained)
9:00am to 12:00 pm
Location: Springfield YMCA, $120.00 per week
Description: This camp is designed for those little ones who want
to experience making new firends while learning. We have created
a camp curriculum that will keep kids moving, laughing and enjoying the summer.
Camp is led by two qualified supervisors and has a maximum of 12 campers per week.
Tiny Trekkers
Pre – K and Kindergarten
Half Day Hours: 8:30 AM – 12:30 pm, $150.00 per week
Full Day Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 pm, $205.00 per week
Location: Ruby Park , Springfield
Description: Small groups and well trained staff create a terrific camp
experience for your young child. Campers explore new adventures
through discovery and play! Special theme activities include arts
and crafts, sports and games, science and cooking, swim instruction,
local field trips and more. This camp has a maximum of 15 campers
per week. Campers will rotate through a daily that looks similar to
the sample schedule below.

Camp Anupama
Entering Grades 1 – 6
8:30 to 4:00 pm, Location: Ruby Park, Springfield, $205.00 per week.
Description: Give children the opportunity to make choices, create and explore.
Campers learn responsibility and build self-esteem by enjoying activities
such as sports, crafts, field trips, swimming, and more.
Camp Week 9
Kindergarten – Grade 6
7:00 to 6:00 pm, Location: Springfield YMCA, $330.00
Description: This is a perfect way to extend your campers summer fun!
An extra week of theme based activities and fun games.
Space is limited for this extra week so register early!

Week 1 Hula Tropics week
Make Hoola skirts, dress in the most touristy outfit,
enter the limbo contest, and enjoy eating
cool fruits in the sun.
Week 2 The great Outdoors
Explore the wild through nature hikes, learn to
protect the environment all while having fun.
Week 3 Beach Blast Week
Enter the volleyball tournament or make sand art.
Wear your most outrageous bathing suit and
hangout with your friends. Make sand art or
enter the volleyball tournament.
Week 4 Olympics Week
Join us for relay races including the crab walk
extravaganza, water relays, and other fun
filled athletic games.
Week 5 Health Awareness and Safety Week
Learn about ways to stay healthy through eating
and exercising. Talk with Police Officers and
Firepersons about ways to stay safe at home
and with your friends.
Week 6 Who Done It Week
Bring the game of Clue to life and try to
figure out the mystery.
Week 7 Hoops N’ Homers Week
Wear your favorite sports teams jersey or
clothing. Participate in the Kickball tournament
or Frisbee Football tournament
Week 8 Core Values Week
Learn the Four Core Values of the YMCA and
how to use them every day. Help others in the
community by sending letters or even visiting them.
Week 9 Reach for the Stars Week
Help us put on a play for your parents to
watch and enjoy.
