Group Exercise Classes



We offer a comprehensive program for teen, adult and older adult members, including a fitness center, group fitness classes and one-on-one training. Our trained staff is led by Physical Director Tracy Wanamaker, 973-467-0838

Step Aerobics All levels
A cardio conditioning class that utilizes the Reebok Step, a height-variable bench. 
                    

Workout
A one-hour choreographed total body exercise class. Aerobics include a variety of dance styles and is followed by resistance and strength exercises. Class concludes with stretching and relaxation.

Indoor Cycling
 All levels
A challenging workout using a Schwinn Indoor Cycling Elites for a great cardio-vascular workout.

Power Party

A cardio workout that offers high and low impact choreography.
Class includes toning with light weights and ends with abs and stretching.

Total Body Workout
Start the day off with this early morning class.

Abs
This 30-minute workout will tone and define your core muscles. 
Class offered:
Wednesdays, 7:45-8:15 p.m.

Body Sculpt
A toning and conditioning class that targets individual muscle groups,
building muscular strength and endurance. Use hand weights and body bars
to firm upper and lower body muscles.

Butts and Guts

A workout designed to tone and define your abdominals and buttocks.

Stretching
Complete your workout and avoid injuries with this complete body stretch class.

Kriplau Style Yoga
A more flowing sequence of postures to increase flexibility and strength.

Hatha Yoga

Gentle Yoga class strengthens muscles and increases flexibiltiy.

Babysitting while you work out
While you workout or participate in one of our fitness programs, we'll watch your children. Just drop your child at our Nursery. Be sure to get an information sheet at the Front Desk. Babysitting is free to Family Members, $2 per child/per hour to other members

Open swim for older adults during any scheduled adult lap swim.
