PHYSICAL FITNESS PROGRAMS: Tracy Wanamaker, Physical Director

As a member of the Springfield YMCA, enjoy full use of our Fitness Center.

FITNESS INCENTIVE PROGRAM: This is a six-week program that helps you stay in shape throughout the year in a fun and exciting way.  Upon completion of the program, participants receive prizes and a healthier attitude. 

PERSONAL TRAINING: This program provides members with the opportunity to work out one-on-one with a nationally certified personal trainer. Sessions focus on establishing realistic goals and planning a workout routine to meet those goals.

NUTRITION COUNSELING: We have registered dieticians on staff that will help members make the right decisions, such as what, when and how much to eat. An evaluation of your eating habits will be done through a comprehensive nutritional assessment and direction will be given to a healthier diet.

FITNESS ASSESSMENT PROGRAM
Open to Members
Using the latest scientific Microfit equipment, you can have us assesses your body composition (body weight and body fat), blood pressure, heart rate, flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-respiratory efficiency (VO2).  The results will be reviewed with you.
