If you are a Teen age 13 - 17 years
You can participate in a variety of fitness and yoga classes.
You have full use of the fitness center, including free weights.
You receive 3 free fitness center equipment orientations with a fitness instructor.

Personal Taining

Work one-on-one with a nationally certified trainer

to design a program to specifically meet individual goals.

Pilates Mat Classes
Beginner Level:
Wednesdays, 5:30 to 6:15 pm

One-on-One Pilates Reformer Training
Reformer training includes equipment that is used for Pilates. Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body.
Various benefits include:
–Increased lung capacity and circulation through deep healthy breathing.
–Strengthening and increased flexibility of core muscles.
–Increased mental and physical coordination.
Work with a certified trainer to get more fully acquainted with the Pilates method.
Fees: one hour introductory session: $60.00
Package of 5 one hour training sessions, $285.00
Package of 10 one hour training sessions, $540.00

9th - 11th grade students
Black and Latino Achievers is a national YMCA program that strives to empower minority teens with
leadership skills, academic enhancement, team building activities, and preparation
for college and career fields.
