You can participate in a variety of fitness and yoga classes.
You have full use of the fitness center, including free weights.
You receive 3 free fitness center equipment orientations with a fitness instructor.

One-on-One Pilates Reformer Training
Reformer training includes equipment that is used for Pilates. Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body.
Various benefits include:
–Increased lung capacity and circulation through deep healthy breathing.
–Strengthening and increased flexibility of core muscles.
–Increased mental and physical coordination.
Work with a certified trainer to get more fully acquainted with the Pilates method.
Fees: one hour introductory session: $60.00
