The program space is licensed by the Bureau of Licensing of the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS). A copy of the current license is posted in the center.

To be licensed, a program must comply with the Manual of Requirements for Child Care Centers. The Regulations cover such areas as physical environment safety; staff qualifications, supervision, staff/child ratios; program activities and equipment; health, food and nutrition; and rest and sleep requirements.

Parents are encouraged to discuss with the Director any questions or concerns about the policies and programs or the meaning and application of the regulations in the Manual or Requirements.
