KAMPER KIDS

Ages 5 to 10 years

Location: Berkeley Heights YMCA

Half day and full day options

Full day, 7:00 am to 5:45 pm (drop off begins at 7:00 am)

Fee: $270.00 per week ($216.00 week 2) and ($162.00 weeks 1 and 10)

Half day, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Fee: $180.00 per week ($144.00 week 2) and ($108.00 weeks 1 and 10)

Description: A fun and exciting program that offers boys and girls weekly activities based around a theme, including indoor and outdoor games, crafts, quiet time, story time, sports, gym ply and special events.  Children are divided into groups based on age and/ or grade. Special evens include swimming at the Summit YMCA and field trips.

Kamper Kids Staff

Under the leadership of Jennifer Currao, Child Care Director, and Tiffany Escott, Youth and Preschool Director, the Kamper Kids staff will plan, develop, and implement fun and rewarding activities.  All Kamper Kids staff members are mature, specially trained and experienced.  Many are involved in other teaching and child care activities at the YMCA throughout the year.

Financial Assistance

The YMCA has an open door policy: No one is turned away because of an inability to pay. 

Families may apply for Y Cares Financial Assistance for camp programs.
