Springfield YMCA adds STRIVE to it’s Fitness Center


The Springfield YMCA is proud to announce the addition of STRIVE Circuit to it's Fitness Center.

The circuit offers a highly effective and efficient form of strength training -- a total body workout can be achieved in 30 minutes or less. Strive's pin selected weight line offeres three different cam positions, each with its own distinct resistance curve to work the whole muscle. Strive's adjustable-vairable resistance enables anyone from beginner to athlete to achieve the best workout possible in a minimal amount of time.
